Kiganda Vincent is a local artist from Makondo
and brother of Charles Lutaaya, Headmaster of St. Denis Senior
Secondary School in Makondo, Uganda. Kiganda received a Fine Arts
degree from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda.
His mural, Library, represents the hopes and dreams that both staff and students have for St. Denis Senior Secondary School.
