Christ the King Catholic Church hosts the Uganda Mission Benefit Dinner in support of Into Your Hands and St. Joseph's Partners. Into Your Hands' roots in the Christ the King Community date back to 1998 when the Teen Religious Education Program decided to adopt St. Denis Senior Secondary School in Makondo as its mission project. As a result, Christ the King Parish has formed a "sister parish" relationship with St. John the Baptist Parish, the local parish near St. Denis. St. Joseph's Partners supports the activities of the parish, while Into Your Hands provides educational and entrepreneurial opportunities to the youth of Makondo. At the Uganda Mission Benefit Dinner, you will have an opportunity to send a video greeting or write a letter to St. Denis students and watch the St. Denis choir perform in their music video.
